☆Pre-K Tumbling (Ages 3-5)☆

Introduce your little one to the exciting world of movement and gymnastics in our Pre-K Tumbling class! Designed for children ages 3-5, this fun-filled class focuses on developing basic motor skills, coordination, strength, and balance in a supportive and engaging environment.

Through playful activities, and beginner tumbling techniques such as forward rolls, bear crawls, and balancing exercises, children will build confidence, social skills, and a love for movement. Our experienced instructors provide gentle guidance to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for every child.

Perfect for energetic preschoolers, this class encourages creativity, teamwork, and foundational athletic skills—all while having a blast! No experience necessary. Comfortable, form fitting clothing recommended.

☆Teen Tumbling (Ages 12-18)☆

Get ready to flip, fly, and level up your skills in our Teen Tumbling class! This class focuses on building strength, technique, and confidence while mastering tumbling fundamentals and advancing to more complex skills.

Students will work on perfecting basics like handstands, cartwheels, and walkovers while progressing to skills such as handsprings, tucks, and aerials. With expert coaching, targeted drills, and strength and flexibility training, athletes will develop power, control, and precision in their tumbling.

Whether you're new to tumbling or looking to refine your technique, this class is designed to help you push your limits in a fun, supportive environment. Let’s set goals, work hard, and tumble like pros!

Level 1 : Tumblers will work on foundational skills including handstands, back bend stand up, Cartwheels and tick tocks.

Level 2: Tumblers should have the foundational skills mastered. This class will focus on walkovers, head kips, and introduce back handsprings and aerial drills.

All-Stars: Tumblers should have their walkovers and be close to aerials/front aerials and back handsprings.

☆Mini’s Tumbling (Ages 5-7)☆

Designed for energetic little tumblers, the Mini Tumbling Class is perfect for kids ages 5-7 who are ready to build strength, coordination, and confidence in a fun and supportive environment!

Depending on the level, this class focuses on fundamental tumbling skills such as forward and backward rolls, cartwheels, handstands, bridges, back handsprings, aerials and more. Through engaging drills, and age-appropriate instruction, students will develop flexibility, balance, and body control—all while having a blast!

Whether your child is new to tumbling or looking to refine their skills, our experienced coaches provide guidance to ensure safe progress at their own pace. Come flip, roll, and jump with us! Form fitting athletic wear is recommended.

Level 1 & 2: Tumblers will be working on handstands, cartwheels, back bend stand up and tick tocks.

All-Stars: Tumblers should have mastered cartwheels, back bend stand up and should be actively working on front and back walk overs with minimal spot. This class will also focus on back handsprings and aerials/drills.

☆ Adult Tumbling (Ages 18+)☆

Who says tumbling is just for kids? Our Adult Tumbling class is designed for anyone who wants to learn or refine their tumbling skills in a fun, supportive environment—no experience necessary!

Whether you're looking to master the basics like rolls, handstands, and cartwheels or push yourself to more advanced skills like handsprings and flips, our expert coaches will guide you at your own pace. This class focuses on strength, flexibility, coordination, and technique while building confidence and having a blast.

Perfect for former gymnasts, cheerleaders, dancers or anyone looking for an exciting new way to stay active—come challenge yourself, meet awesome people, and rediscover the thrill of tumbling!

Ready to handstand, flip, and level up your skills? Our Pre-Teen Tumbling class is perfect for athletes ages 8-11 who want to build strength, confidence, and technique in a fun and high-energy environment!

Through dynamic drills, strength training, and flexibility work, athletes will develop body control, power, and confidence in their skills.

No matter their experience level, our coaches will provide personalized instruction to help every tumbler progress safely and successfully. Come push your limits, make new friends, and have a blast—let’s tumble!

☆ Tumble & Turns☆

Flip, leap, and spin your way to greatness in our Tumble & Turns class! This high-energy class blends the power of tumbling with the grace and technique of dance, helping athletes build strength, flexibility, and precision.

Students will work on their choice of tumbling skills for 50% of class and then focus on dance elements such as turns, leaps, and jumps for the other 50% of class. With a focus on fluidity, body control, and performance quality, this class is perfect for dancers or anyone looking to elevate and refine their skills.

Whether you're aiming to enhance your technique or add dynamic movement to your routines, this class will help you develop the confidence and athleticism to shine on stage or the mat. Let’s tumble, turn, and take it to the next level!
